Fabric Sculpture builds on the timeless art of doll making. By using some of these time honoured techniques I have been able to develop a simple way to create these stunning figurines.
This beautiful art form allows me to form delicate folds and graceful lines giving the illusion of softness while being strong and durable. These works will add flair and an individual touch to any home or garden.
My sculptures are all handmade and individual, they are created using recycled materials dipped in Paverpol, a water based, environmentally friendly, fabric hardener. These charming figurines dry hard, weatherproof and washable . They are a delightful addition to indoor and outdoor settings and are now gracing homes all over the world. Fabric Sculptures become harder with age and develop a beautiful patina in keeping with their environment.
